Confirming/Changing Registration Information

Registered members can confirm and change their email address, postal address, password, etc., from My Page.

Please note that product prices, designs, specifications, etc. are subject to change without prior notice.

You can check your order status using the "Kuroneko Yamato Tracking System" below.

To track your order, please have the "Tracking Number" ready, which is included in the "Shipping Confirmation Email" sent after your item has shipped.

You can specify a delivery date and time starting from the 7th day after your order date.
You can select the following time slots:

  • 2. : Morning
  • 3. : 2 PM - 4 PM

Returns and Exchanges

If the delivered product is defective or differs from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Procedures

If you wish to return a product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item and send it back to the designated return address. Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • 1. : Products that have been opened or used (except for defective products discovered after use)
  • 2. : Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
  • 3. : Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, different fromイメージ)
  • 4. : Sale or outlet items

Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned item has arrived at our facility and the replacement is ready.
*This is limited to cases where the corresponding item for exchange is in stock.
Please note that if an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to lack of stock or other reasons, we will process a refund.



Refunds

For returns due to reasons on our side or the shipping company's side, such as damage upon arrival, we will refund the product price, shipping fees, and cash-on-delivery fees.
・If payment was made by credit card, we will adjust the credit card transaction amount.
*Even if shipping was free due to a purchase of 5,500 yen (including tax) or more, if the product return causes the total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not accept changes to order contents or additions of items after an order has been placed.
Additionally, we do not combine multiple orders for shipping.

Can I reserve or hold an item?

We regret that we do not offer notifications upon arrival, special orders, or holds for items.



Can I make a purchase without registering as a member?

Please register as a member.



I haven't received my order confirmation email.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. It is possible that you have a domain-specific setting enabled, or that there is an error in your registered email address.
You can check your order history from My Page. You can view your order details by clicking on "Details" under My Page > Purchase History.



I want to change the shipping address or scheduled delivery date/time.

We do not accept changes to the shipping address or scheduled delivery date/time after an order has been placed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the shipping email includes the tracking number, so please contact the delivery company to change the delivery date and time.



My item was returned due to long-term absence.

If you do not contact us after a delivery attempt notice has been left, your package will typically be returned to our distribution center within about one week.
Once it is returned, your order will be cancelled, so please contact the post office as soon as possible. If you do not have a delivery attempt notice, please contact our inquiry desk.



Can I return or exchange an item?

Please refer to the information above regarding returns and exchanges.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders due to customer's convenience, so please confirm carefully before purchasing.



Can I get a receipt?
